Jambon ibérique cebo de campo, produit à partir de porcs de race ibérique, élevés en semi liberté, nourris de pâturages naturels et de fourrage. Quel que soit le degré de pureté de la race, le savoir-faire de l’affineur est essentiel pour obtenir un jambon « à point ». C’est pour cela que nous ne travaillons avec un petit producteur artisanal, dont le savoir-faire familial est incomparable. Séchage entre 36 mois et 48 selon le poids.
